I'm a streamer and previously gambled on ps4 and since yesterday evening I've switched to PC why ❓ because of RP at gta 5 ❓
My PC has the following built in
- Intel core i3 3220
- Gtx 1050ti
Now my question is can I play and stream with it because other games like Minecraft and Csgo work
You could play GTA 5 with it but I don't suppose that it can stream well with it
So you will have problems playing current titles at all.
So no, you can't stream and play with it. If you really want to start with it, you should invest around 800 euro for a mid-range PC with which you can also stream some games.
You could try 720p 60fps
Just change some settings in gta e.g. Shadow very low, etc…

Don't you mean stream by that? So if something other than recording games should work, that would not be particularly time-consuming, e.g. Recording a browser etc.

Was that on ebay? 450 is pretty much. To be honest, I wouldn't pay more than 100 euro for this.
For 450 got a Ryzen 3 3100 and a RX 570 with 16GB RAM.
It would be twice as good as your current one.

You can try it.
The system will manage GTA V just about. Then there's nothing more with streaming.
