Rainbow six siege bought it but can't download it, who can help (PS4)?

I just bought the Rainbow six siege deluxe edition. I downloaded it and when I logged in I got an error message that the free weekend is over. It is also not shown in my library, but when I look for the version in the playstation store it says that I can download it.

Also, there's no Rainbow: Six Siege on mobile.

Did you really buy the game or just downloaded the free trial version of Free Weekend? This message actually only comes to people who haven't bought the game.
