Rainbow Six Siege Sound Too Quiet?

I have the problem that with Rainbow Six Siege my sound is just too quiet. (I play on the PS4) I bought the HyperX Cloud 2 some time ago and with this headset the game is extremely quiet, but only this game.

I also tested other games with the headset, such as Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare 2 Remastered, Star Wars Battlefront, DayZ etc. And with all these games the sound was loud and clear, sometimes even too loud.

The headset driver is up to date and everything is 100% in the PS4 and the settings of rainbow six

When I play Rainbow Six, it feels like the volume is at 10%. When I play with friends, I sometimes no longer hear the game. Although we're all pretty quiet, we don't even yell at each other etc.

With customer support from Rainbow Six and HyperX, I have been writing for days and somehow we have not come to a clear solution.

HyperX:

We updated the driver together and they gave me full assurance that the ps4 headset is compatible and I have to say that they only work rainbow six somehow. HyperX then told me that it should be up to the game. So I wrote to Ubisoft.

Ubisoft:

Our game works 100%. Maybe it's your headset. "I will send you a link to our article". (The article described every step I've already taken and explained to the customer support guy several times). So I wrote to customer support again hoping to reach a new guy. I did that too, but he also blamed it so much and wanted to send me the same link.

Do you have another solution and could help me better than the people at Support?

Quick menu:

-Ton / Devices> Volume control

Main party menu:

-Party Settings> Audio Mix> Left

In game:

-Options> Sounds> Volume
