Hall folks I have a problem. I got spotify on the ps4 ages ago and have an acc there and always listen to music. But for about a week now I have to download spotify again. But I still installed it. So when I click on Download Load it and then it says "Start" so I press Start and then load it again and it says Start again. I guess it is because I restarted my database because it started from there. But that can't be either because I always do it every month.
Unfortunately I also had problems with Spotify recently.
It's not the same, but since Spotify was last updated, I was able to open the app, but it just came up with a gray screen…
I then simply played the music on the tab in the quick menu and controlled it on my cell phone.
I do not know if this might help, but unfortunately this is not a direct solution to the problem, but rather the music can only be played via detours.
So for me on the app, spotify is not installed. But thanks anyway
