Black Ops 2 or 3?

I played Black Ops 3 on my brother's Ps4 for a few days and have a lot more experience in Cod 3 but I'm currently watching Bo2 at monte and it looks ultra awesome and I often hear that Bo2 is a legendary game but I'm also afraid that as a beginner I have no chance at all please answer should I get cod 3 or cod 2?

Each CoD is basically the same, even similar. Now do you want to get BO2 first?

I wouldn't get either of them because you hardly find any players online and then only the die-hard ones.

So because of the empty lobbies I don't worry, but I often hear that bo2 is better than 3 and I just don't know which is better. And I always have the chance to catch up

Bo2 is going very well right now, I hardly ever meet cheaters.
You still find multiplayer very good lobbies.
