I do not get it.
I live in Germany and can, for example, buy a game from the PSN store and play it in German.
however, if I buy it on a USA account, I can't play it in German because the language is not available.
But why is it like that? I can then choose English, French and other languages, but not German. What is the point of not simply making all the languages available for every country? I mean there's German synchronization for the game, but Americans are probably not allowed to hear the German language or what is the point?

Yes, but there's synchronization, just not a problem for Americans, here in Germany I can play the game with synchronization, but not in America anymore
Sometimes this is done so that games can't be bought cheaply in another country and then switched to your own language.
French and Spanish are world languages, German is not even relevant in the EU.
