When playing online with the PS you can hear the sounds of the game and the other players can hear me but I can't hear any of them. PS settings actually fit. The problem came suddenly on two different PS PS3 & PS4 consoles from my son. So Micro goes and headphones too… Everything works only that he can't hear the other players? We have already tried everything. Latin in the end.
Maybe you can adjust the sound directly on the headset. There's the volume button and another one. On the other hand, you can adjust the volume between the game sound and the chat sound. Maybe the chat sound is set to 0
