I can't play Dauntless online + Sims4 locked. What to do?

Since I'm a minor, I have a sub-account on my Ps4. I downloaded Dauntless, but now I get error messages that the age restrictions would prevent me from playing the game online. I puzzled with my parent about how this happened. In addition, despite usk6, Sims4 is not playable.
