PS5 Ghost of Tsushima Update?

Is it somehow possible to transfer the game ghost of Tsushima from the PlayStation 4 to the PlayStation 5? I bought the game a few days ago and would like to be able to continue playing it on the PS5.

It should actually work for many current titles, but it still depends on the publisher and not Sony whether the games support this function.

For some it has already been confirmed, but I wouldn't pin myself on it yet
