Turtle Beach Stealth 700 problem, who has a solution?

I hope to find a question about my problem here, because even Google can't help me…

I have a Turtle Beach Stealth 700 headset, I connected the headset to the PS4 via USB cable for charging in the evening and left it running overnight. The next morning the headset comes on and lights up red but goes off after max. 5 seconds again. Usually it is red for a second and then turns green. I can't reset the headset because the connection keeps disconnecting on the PC because, as just described, the headset goes out again.

I hope someone can help me, the headset was really expensive and really a shame.

Power LED battery status
Red charging
Green - Charged / In Use
Pairing status
Solid On - Transmitter Connected
Blinking - Transmitter Not Connected

I suspect that the battery is empty. Would be at least a typical behavior with such devices.
