Turtle beach stealth 700 sound problems?

I have a turtle beach stealth 700 for ps4, I have tried it on the Ps4 and on the PC and both sound stuttering that it is gone for 5 to 10 seconds or is extremely consumed… It has all the new updates. At first I thought it was broken and I exchanged it, but I have exactly the same problems with the new one… Does anyone have any idea what I can do about it?

Got the same headset and I haven't used it every day for 2 years and it works like before.

Put the USB stick in the headset's Playstation and make the audio on chat audio

Have everything set as it should be according to the settings or instructions. And switching to chat audio doesn't help either… I still have the stuttering
