I had my PS4 in sleep mode for several hours to reinstall CoD MWR. I turned it on, then accidentally started CoD and then closed it straight away. A few seconds after CoD was closed, my PS4 suddenly displayed a gray-black image, and then often restarted. When the picture was finally displayed again, it said that the memory had to be checked. After that I was able to use the PS4 normally again. I'm afraid something might be broken.
No, everything is OK. You have the same if you take the Ps4 off the power, even though it was still on. Then the same screen comes up. Nothing happened, everything was fine.
I have a hard drive connected to my PS4 and (sometimes) have the same problem! But is not too bad, then everything goes back to normal
