Delete Ps4 trophies?

I deleted a few trophies earlier but you can't delete all of them? If you have 0 you can delete them easily, but if you have a few there's nothing to delete? Do you have a plan how to remove it?

Not at all, you can only delete the entry as long as you have not yet won a trophy, as soon as the first trophy has been achieved that is no longer possible. You can only hide the trophies so that the other person doesn't see them.
