PS4 trophies are not displayed?

This problem only occurs to me for the game "The Walking Dead Game: The Final Season". Have the game since Wednesday last week and wanted to check my trophies, where I then got the error code "WS-37073-0" got. The game is not displayed in the trophy list and can only be viewed by the PS4 Save. I also tried to sync the trophies with PSN and also got an error code (NP-32136-5) that the trophies can't synchronize with the PSN.

Have you already turned to customer service? That would be my first stop!
