Same email on Playstation accounts?

I want to create a new Playstation account with the same email I already have on another Playstation account, but that does not work.

Can anybody help me further?

I mean, you can use any email address for one PSN account at a time.

I can imagine that it works if you hang your first account on another e-mail or delete the account.
