Minecraft texture packs not downloadable?

I bought a few texture packs in Minecraft on the Playstation 4 and when I try to download them there's just not enough memory I have several GB free and it's about Mb, I think I would be really ridiculous would be nice if someone could help me also tried to reinstall the game did not help.
