I have two long multiple sockets that are connected to monitors, PC, PlayStation, chargers, etc. Should I turn them off when I'm not using them? Have never done it before

I don't think it's dangerous to leave them on.
You can switch it off, but you don't have to. If chargers or the phone are attached, it is better not to turn them off.
It is not harmful to leave them on.
But you save electricity if you turn it off. Because most electronic devices do not have a real switch themselves, but leave at least parts of their electronics always under power so that they can wake up from this stand-by mode.
It is an advantage that all standby currents are switched off and the risk of fire is minimized.
