I ordered a Ps5 from techinn via Pay Pal in December. But have now read a lot of bad reviews. She was supposed to arrive last week. Did you have experience or maybe you ordered something from techinn?

Just claim your money back and cancel the order. If they don't contact you or you can't send your money back to the police
Cancel your purchase from Techinn and open a dispute with PayPal about an item that was not received.
Unfortunately, I can't get into my tech inn account, otherwise I would have canceled it. : /
Well, then you only have to open a conflict case with PayPal.
