What do you think of this offer at Instant Gaming?

I want to get Cities Skylines at Instant Gaming. The normal version costs 2.56 euro, and on Steam it costs 27.99 euro. Since I already have the game on Playstation without DLC, but would also like to have it on PC, I would like to buy the Collection Edition, which includes all DLCs and costs 202 euro on Steam, but only 2.56 euro on Instant Gaming. There's no description on Instant Gaming for this version either.

What do you think?

Scroll down a bit. You can get it for 2.06 euro. But you have to set the tax on Germany 19%. So it comes to 2.45 euro
