Why does (Freezt) Bo2 hang on my PS3?

So my problem is the following, if I want to play on my PS3 Bo2 the game always hangs in the intro, so that I can do nothing more than turn off my PS3 and the strangely ONLY when I'm logged into the PSN, everything goes offline as soon as I log into psn again and freeze my screen again immediately. It can't be due to the CD, since I have 2 accounts and everything else works on my other.
