Connection to Rockstar Games Service is currently unavailable. What can I do?

I haven't been able to play Gta Online for a few weeks because this error message appears every time. I checked the Rockstar website to see if there were any server problems or the like, but supposedly everything works. Friends of mine can play GTA normally, but it doesn't work for me. I've already reinstalled the game, but that didn't help either. What can I do that I can gamble again? I play on the PS4
