Rockstar game service currently unavailable?

I haven't gotten into GTA Online for four days. The following error messages appear:

The Rockstar game service is currently unavailable.

Files needed to play GTA Online could not be downloaded from the Rockstar game service.

I've tried a lot. Uninstalled and reinstalled, cache emptied, technician called because it is also possible that our IP from Wi-Fi has been blacklisted by Rockstar because we don't have a personal IP.

I also don't get to the Social Club page when I'm connected via the Wi-Fi that the Ps4 is running but as soon as I'm connected to another Wi-Fi network I come back to the page.

Can someone help me, I'm so desperate.

Try when you start your game to keep both of the rear buttons pressed. This resets your gta settings. Then you go from there in the story mode and then from there in gta online.

then you will be asked to accept the gta policy. Do that and try to get online.

otherwise reset your internet settings and set everything to auto.

I've already tried both: /

For a colleague, it was actually due to a Windows 10 version that was too old. He had exactly the same problem.

See if you can find updates manually.

Play on ps4 and everything is up to date
