I want to rebuild my PS4 database but have a jailbreak… Is that bad?

I think if you disconnect your internet connection beforehand nothing will happen to your jailbreak / firmware.

Conversely, the jailbreak is not active after a restart anyway and should therefore not stand in the way of rebuilding your database.
