Can I use ps + as a minor?

I got a ps4 a few weeks ago. My dad and I created a psn account. I'm registered as 15 on the account (which is also true) and my father had to (he actually didn't want to) register as a family administrator. He set the fsk rating to 18 (so no fsk restriction). I would now really like to get PS Plus for a year and my dad is 100% for it. But now we don't know if I can use it at all, since I'm only 15 but I'm the only one who plays on the PS4 (and I'm the only created user on it).

So my specific question now is, can I put PS Plus on my profile or do my father (as a family administrator) have to approve something first, create an account on the playsi himself, etc. And would that go relatively quickly or is that a long procedure?

Can you use it, only someone has to be 18 to buy it
