Transfer scores from PC to PSN?

Recently, I have bought a PS4 Pro and created a PSN account and I would like to transfer the scores of my Origin games / account (eg Titanfall 2) on the PS4. I've already linked the accounts with each other and I also have the game twice (PC and PS4). How can I transfer the scores now? Would anyone have an idea?
