I can only play my songs that I have added to my playlists for 10 seconds and never the full song can only click on random play and there are songs that I don't have in there. Do I need Premium to hear my songs? (Spotify works on my PS4 even without Premium because I can listen to everything)
Yes, you need Spotify Premium first.
I have premium and the same sometimes
I have two playlists with songs that I want to hear and if something comes up that I don't like, I switch to the other one.

Spotify is severely restricted on the mobile phone without Premium: You can't listen to songs individually, have advertisements, poor quality. The fact that the songs never come in full length is new to me. However, I've had Premium for ages - maybe they have changed that compared to back then. You can try Spotify Premium for FREE (it still works) and see if it changes then.
