Second life 2020?

Hallo 🙋🏻♀️ is there a game, optimal ps4, in which you can live / play a "normal" life? Not like Sims, but really open world. More like "Second Life" but newer. Don't know how to explain it 😅 "Roy: a life well lived" (Rick & Morty) would be best described. So how you can really live a whole life and watch the character as it ages (of course faster than our time). Hope I put it halfway understandable 😂🙏🏻

There's not any. You don't age at Second Life either.
