I ordered an article from Amazon as usual. I bought a PSN card with my gift vouchers. After I ordered it, I got this message:

I do not know what to do, ask for help
Exactly what was mentioned in the e-mail. Did my friend have to do that at the beginning of the week?
For me it looks like a phishing attempt. When you get mail from Amazon, they usually talk to you by name. That is not the case here. Do not click on the link, but try to log in directly to the Amazon site. If necessary, you call Amazon and ask what is going on. In no case I would send the demanded fax. This procedure is completely unknown to me.
You are a minor!
You really do not have to be surprised that something like this is coming!
As long as you are under 18 years, ask your parents to order for you!
I have the data from my friend his mother, because I was visiting him I got it from her. This is not a fake thing.
This is not a phishing attempt! Just because you do not know, it does not mean that it could be fraud.
Rather, it is possible that the questioner is a minor and Amazon has noticed and a confirmation that the questioner is really of age.
I've noticed recently that Amazon is not quite as relaxed with orders as it was some time ago and often checks to see if the identity of the customer is right.
Then make yourself smart about this phishing method!
Why did not you mention that in your question? It is logical that with such a mess "identity problems" will emerge.
"Data from my friend his mother" What do you mean? Is it the Amazon account of his mother?
And why did YOU get this message then?
Everything sounds very mysterious and suspicious, what you are doing!
Does the mother know what's going on over her account?
No, I made it from my account, but only did the age check through his mother's ID. I have explained wrong I'm sorry.
You have an account, but take the ID card of a completely different person. What does that look like for Amazon? Sure, they want to check your identity now.
It's like YOU drive a car and show the driver's license at the police checkpoint!
Very clear fraud attempt!
Of course, your account will be blocked - and that's a good thing.
With liars and cheats Amazon wants to do NO business!
This is not phishing, but a legitimate identity check. FS has forged his identity.
Okay, then things will look different! Have now read the comments under your answer.
But was often here and I have already read about it on the Amazon help pages because I also found the fax with suspicion. Who has a private fax please? But you can also send by letter. I would insist on attachment by mail or bye fk off Amazon.
