Oblivion on my PC?

Hello, I've been a huge fan of the Elder-Scrolls series for half a year and have already got Skyrim for my PS4. Nevertheless, I long for a new game and I would like to buy Obilvion, now I have the question if my PC, see below is good enough to be able to play fluently, I'm happy about any answer, thank you in advance in advance.

I would assume that it is not or only very jerky, because the PC has no graphics card (although there's something else, that is not a real graphics card).

This is an office PC not a gaming PC. He does not even have a Dedicated graphics card
