Elder Scrolls Online Cost Summary?

I'm currently happy to inform me about MMORPGs on PS4 and wanted information about "Elder Scrolls Online", of course I also played Skyrim and Oblivion ;-).

As far as I know there's a subscription model, but what does it look like in general? I definitely have to buy it, but is there also a complete edition with all the DLCs? Or which edition would be "smartest" to buy with all the trimmings at the moment? Or is the subscription really the best with continuous DLC? And do you need PS Plus for the game?
