Forgotten security question psn?

I got a unlock all a couple of years ago with xtreme modding, now I was abgemolden and must enter the pw, but forgot this and wanted to put it back, problem is I do not know the date of birth and xtreme modding can't me either help 😅 if I have the psn support calls now I have to say what name the account is running, etc. Or what? Because I own only the email and otherwise have no plan of the account data… Mfg lukas
