Ps plus voucher?

Advance; I'm really not a ps expert and I don't know anything at all so sorry if something is wrong or so!

My friend recently installed Ps Plus (where you can play online with friends) but this is only valid for 3 months. I want to give him a Ps voucher on Christmas with which he can install Ps Plus again.

Do you need a special Ps voucher for Ps Plus or can you just take a normal Playstation voucher?

Fr

There's also a normal one.

Fr

He just has to go to the ps shop on his ps4 and then he can extend his subscription

Jo

There's a PlayStation Plus to buy and then a PlayStation Store voucher.

You need Playstation Plus to play online and you also get 2 games every month for free.

Playstation Store credit is simply money with which you can buy games, films, series etc. In the PlayStation library.

PlayStation Plus is available for 1,3,12 months. Would recommend buying it for 1 year if your friend will play longer, because the purchase price spread over the months is the best for the 12 month offer.

Li

So can't i give him a normal ps voucher?

Jo

But of course, so that he can then choose himself something from the PlayStation Store.

Only for some games you need the Playstation Plus membership in order to be able to play the purchased game, so if your friend has PlayStation Plus it is not a problem, if not, then he also has to buy it.

How high should the voucher be if I can ask?

Li

He doesn't have a playstation plus, I want to buy him that! No matter the monetary value, so thought of 50 euro or so

Jo

Then buy him a PlayStation Plus subscription that costs 60 euro and is valid for 12 months.

You can do it like you're funny. Either you buy the PS + voucher directly or you get enough credit that he can buy it himself in the store. I recommend the PS + voucher, which you can usually get at any petrol station where you can also get the prepaid cards. If not then Media Markt, it has 100%.
