Cod MW PS4 stuff on PC?

I already have Cod on my PC but not on the Ps4, I wanted to buy the Operator Enhanced Edition on the Ps4 where the 3 Operator Skins are the weapon skins, and and and.

Now I wanted to know whether these are also transferred to the PC or whether they remain on the PS4

So just as an example: I bought the Battle Pass on the PC + was level 70 approx. In warzone. Then I registered with the same email on ps4 and had to start again 🤷🏻♂️
