On the PS4 you can't modder. On the PS3 is still but you can't transfer the account to the PS4
You can't modulate on the ps4 in online mode you can only buy one ready ua the prices are very high about 100-200 euro
I would recommend you look at yt for current money glitches

Unfortunately it was not all secured in Deathmatch. (Since it was created by me) The only thing that comes to mind is that maybe it was an R * employee because they have DEV's PS4. That would be a solution for me.
There are also direct mode glitches so that you have a kind of mod menu in online mode so that you can only spawn objects that could be it. Even if you do not believe me it is IMPOSSIBLE to modde in online mode
I mentioned that R * is specifically designed to modulate online. There are DEV PS4 because you need at least a monitor and a TV and that's it with your statement. It's naive to think that you can't modden online. Simply because Rockstar can do it and there will certainly be somebody out there who has managed to crack the software code of the normal non-DEV console. It is possible just as it was and is possible on PS3.
Buy a DEV (Debugging PS4) for 1000-10000 euro and you will have a lot of possibilities (if the technical understanding is there).
But the logical answer is it was a Rockstar employee. Because these have DEV PS4.
