I'm 16 years old and have now created a sub-account on the Playstation 4. I created the account together with my father.
Now I have a sub-account and he has his main account. He activated his PS4 account as the primary PS4 (so it means I can play online). He has not set any parental controls. Everything is allowed / allowed.
Now when I wanted to play CoD, the message came that I can't play online due to parental controls on my SIE account.
Why not? Can't you play online with a sub-account? That doesn't make any sense
This should work if the main account is a PS Plus member.
Yes, I mean to know it too. Normally it should work, but - as described above - the error message appears every time.
Your account is set to 16 so you can't play games from 18 onwards, you can't change it unless you delete the account and create 18 then set
Child sub-accounts are automatically restricted and do not allow fsk 18 as far as I know.
So my father set the parental controls to Allowed. So I can play the FSK 18 games without any problems. I have already played CoD WW2 (campaign). Only online mode is deactivated.

That has nothing more to do with child safety
Yes, it has to, because the error message says that it is not possible to play CoD Online because the age restrictions do not allow it / are activated.
But it is allowed on my father's (HA) account.
Then there's no PS Plus.
Your father has to allow your account
He already has. I can also play games like Fifa online without any problems
Fifa is not from 18
How can I then play games over 18 online with this sub-account? I read something about "you can change your online settings on the pc"
I know there's no way to play games like Call of Duty online (without creating a new account)
I have no idea I would like to help
