Call of Duty only delete Warzone?

Hey I'm just installing Cod MW Campaign / Multiplayer on PS4 again and since everything is so big I would like to delete Warzone, I don't even play Warzone and it just installed itself that way. My question: How do you delete Warzone only?

Does not work mw and warzone are a game you can only delete warzone if you have downloaded the two sepperat

I can't download it separately so does that mean that as long as I have installed the campaign and multiplayer, Warzone is included?
