Final Fantasy XIV annoying crest in the picture?

I'm new to FF XIV and since level 10 or so I have a coat of arms in the picture and it is quite annoying (see picture). Does anyone know how i remove this? I play on the Ps4

That is the job bar

I would not remove it, it will be very important later in the game

Using the layout function in the menu, you can move everything so that it doesn't bother as much

My job bar, for example, is between chat and the button display
