Gta not buyable?

I borrowed Gta from my brother and then got the criminal enterprise pack then he wanted it back and now he can't find it.

Now I wanted to buy gta like this but the psn store only says that I can buy gta net because the Premium Edition is part of the Criminal enterprise pack. What should I do?

Yes, because you have not yet bought the normal version, the premium version includes the Criminal Enterprise starter pack and you can't buy things you own again.
