GTA error message what to do (Ps4)?

I haven't been able to play gta (online) for a few days. Whenever I upload an error message after a while. Today even two came (see pictures). I can't get in Red Dead Online either.

I've already googled whether this can be fixed somehow and in an article I should change my Wi-Fi settings, which I did, but unfortunately that has not changed anything. Strangely enough, my friends can still play gta online normally.

It can't be due to my Wi-Fi either, because I can talk to my friends at the party and play other games online (I've also restarted the router twice, but unfortunately it didn't help either). I've tried a LAN cable before, but it didn't change anything. Here again the information about my Wi-Fi.

I also bought Ps Plus a few days ago. (The Rockstar servers are also all online, so it can't be because of that: /)

Yes, but the same thing happened as with Gta

Looks like an internet problem. Bad connection or the firewall is blocking.

Can you do anything about it?

Set the game to German if you don't speak English.

Where does it say that I do not understand what it says there? I never said I couldn't speak English. I grew up with English.
