How long is my Ps4 / 5 locked?

This morning I started my Ps4 normally and got the error code (WS-37337-3) because I insulted other users. My question is how long I'm now blocked because it is my first blocking and I have not received an email with the duration of the block? Namely, after researching it, some people said the duration is 1 day and other people said the duration is 3 days.

It says that you should read the email about it. It should say how long you've been banned.

That's impossible. Then maybe you're looking at the wrong email, or maybe it's in the spam folder.
