Login error Genshin (ps4)?

I wanted to log into genshin but I keep getting an error message

my ps4 shows that my Wi-Fi has no problems i have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it still does not work have restarted my ps4 and it still does not work. I would appreciate a few tips, thanks in advance:>

Can you read? It says that the connection to the internet has failed, not that your login details are incorrect. I would also be very surprised if PS4 accounts have recently been cracked, because so far they are safe.
Our line is also sometimes charged and if nothing works, I activate my smartphone as a hotspot and then it usually works.
Check your line, if necessary go in via LAN cable, see if anything needs to be updated or try again at a later time. Could also be due to a server overload, but I don't know whether it would then be explicitly referred to as "connection to the server".
