Don't worry about it the specialists are also available in Black Ops 3.

Does Bo3 have Aim Assist on the PC?
I didn't know it played on PS4. Shooters should generally not have Aim Assist on PC unless the games have been made more beginner-friendly over the past few years.
Black ops actually only makes part 1 & 2 worthwhile
The only problem is the hackers: /
It depends on what you want to play.
If you only concentrate on multiplayer then I clearly recommend BO4.
In Bo3 only the biggest tryhards are on the go and jumping around is really annoying.
However, if you want to play zombies, I definitely recommend Bo3. The best zombie mode, with the best maps, the best Easter eggs, a lot of fun and an addiction factor over 9000.
I think Black OPs 3 is generally better than Bo4 but you also have to consider that the game has been around for a few years and not as many players as before
At 360 it's not that bad.
