You just whisper accounts that are no longer active ¯ \ _ (ツ) _ / ¯
Then why can everyone reach the bot except me?

New accounts have to wait several days to whisper to prevent bot spamming
I have the same issue except I don't get that "This account is no longer active." message, for me its more of a shadow ban thing, however I just created my account, Im assuming its an automatic spam and harassment measure that takes several days to recognize and deam you account as not "new"
