Whisper on twitch doesn't work?

I wanted to whisper to somebody on twitch, but if I go to the correct name it says "?" and in the chat then this account is no longer active. What can i do there. And it just doesn't work everywhere the same is written and I watched a stream of the person I wanted to whisper to at the same time

If only one person does not work, then the account is probably no longer active, as it is there.
