Hyper scape not in game library?

I added hyper scape to my uplay game library a few days ago via a twitch drop. Now I wanted to see how big the game is because I want to install it on my new pc soon. However, I don't find it there anymore. Why isn't it there anymore? I saw on twitch that some people can still play it.

Maybe because the servers won't open until tomorrow for release

But then why is it with others?
