Game uninstalled and no longer in the library, ps4 bug?

I uninstalled the game last night because of a problem with the Cities: Skylines game. Unfortunately, I removed this from my library. I bought it a good 2 years ago in the PS Store and I was always happy with it.

Well, when I hit 'bought' in the library, I don't see the game anymore. When I look for it, I can find it, but I have to buy it again. But I'm not ready for that, because I bought the game at full price at the time.

Would it be necessary to inform the support?

The only problem here is that I'm not yet of legal age and I think they would treat me negatively. Has anyone had the same problem before, or is the license just gone and I have to buy it again?

Restore all licenses. This is quite simple. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly where to do it again in the settings. Google it.
