Am new in GTA online and have heard that you get a loot with twitch prime. It includes money and a "master penthouse". My question is whether there's a difference between a normal house (do not have one) and the penthouse.
Actually, a penthouse is worth little, since you can do nothing with it. In a luxury apartment you can make robberies. It's worth more than the penthouse. In addition, it is also quite expensive.

You have to know. Of the 1.5, you could possibly get a Mc Club and a coke factory and make it yellow and possibly even for 200k get the first luxury apartment. If you are into luxury, you can do a lot with it (Exclusive Casino Work). Among other things, you can get a lot of free things in the penthouse (if you buy them) and everywhere to add up to free is already worth 1.5 million. (I fully built it up on bedroom and garage).
