Livestream even with bad internet?

Wanted to ask if it is also possible to stream with bad internet (YT or Twitch) because I would like to moderate the game. (Internet = 3200 line with 1.2 MBs download and 1.5MBs upload speed)

Do not you really have better internet access? In Germany, a lot of new internet has been laid in the last 2 years. Just ask the Internet provider.

Of course, that is independent of the streaming provider.
