I got twitch and now i wanted to ask if twitch prime costs what if i have amazon prime, everything i have found on the subject unfortunately gave me no exact answer.

I connected Amazon Prime and Twitch to it myself. If you have an Amazon Prime account, it doesn't cost anything

Okay because the twitch website said it would cost 7.99 or so after 30 days so i was confused.

This is normal, if you don't have an Amazon Prime account, but if you have one, it costs nothing. You just pay the Amazon Prime account as normal
