It's pure coincidence, according to Rocket League:
Fan Rewards drop at random during select broadcasts, and you could receive multiple drops per day. They are not guaranteed for every viewer
So all you can do is watch and hope for luck. On some days you get nothing, on other two things. But there are enough people who watch 10h + and get nothing. Patience.
